When you place an order with us we ask you for your name, address for delivery and invoice, telephone number and email address, so that we can deliver your order and if the need arises to contact you. This is a function of fulfilling our contract with you. We pass your name, postal and invoice address, and email address to Sagepay and/or Paypal who administer payment on our behalf. We do not receive or store any of your card details. Sagepay and/or Paypal may need to transfer some information outside the UK and EU for credit card validation and authentication.

We use your name and contact details to deliver your purchases so that we can complete our contract with you and successfully deliver your order. We also send you emails including ones to confirm that your order has been placed, accepted and to tell you what stage of delivery the order is in. Your payment information details are held by third parties such as Sagepay and Paypal. We keep a record of your invoice name and address for the purpose of fraud prevention and detection.
